   Hi,
   I am liking CrystalDiskInfo 1.0.12a. It does not presently recognize a removable hard disk attached via a USB port; is this correct or should removable disks be recognized with the software? Thanks.

   Hi,
   Unfortunately, CrystalDiskInfo does not support disks connected USB port or IEEE1394 port.

   Hi, I try the latest version of CrystalDiskInfo, but when I double-click the executable file it reply with a warning message, “Not found main.html”.
   Should I decompress the files in a specific named folder ?

   If you decompress the CrystalDiskInfo10.zip, you can see below files and folder.

   + CdiResource
   - DiskInfo.exe
   - COPYRIGHT-ja.txt
   - COPYRIGHT.txt
   - manual-en.chm
   - manual-ja.chm

   * + folder, - file

   If you can not see CdiResouce folder, you have to use other unzip tools which support folder decompression.
